“Between ages 3 and 5, children refine their motor skills, from throwing and catching to skipping and hopping. They start speaking longer sentences and even begin using the toilet independently by age 4.”

“Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning program designed to enhance students' technique by focusing on muscle memory for all forms of dance. Using ballet-specific exercises, PBT trains skill acquisition in a graded manner from junior to advanced levels, helping students achieve their personal best while preventing injuries.

The use of an exercise ball improves posture, weight placement, and muscle awareness, allowing students to feel the correct muscles working during each exercise. PBT emphasizes core strength, alignment, and gradual repetition to trigger muscle memory.

With a safe dance methodology, it promotes a long, healthy career and is taught by over 4,000 certified teachers in more than 3,500 schools worldwide. PBT is not only valuable for ballet dancers but is also appreciated by dancers of all styles, athletes, physiotherapists, and even footballers!”(PBT, n.d.)
