General Guidelines
• Hair should be secured in a bun, ponytail, or similar style to keep it away from the face during class. Please refer to the Ballet Bun Guidelines for further instructions.
• Jewellery should be kept to a minimum to avoid distractions.
• Outside shoes are not permitted in the studio.

Online Adult Training

Any ballet or comfortable workout attire is welcome. We encourage all participants to wear clothing that allows them to move comfortably and confidently.

Please note that participants may require:

• A clear space to move safely.
• A visible position in front of the camera for training guidance.
• A yoga mat, yoga blocks, resistance band, chair, or ballet barre depending on the class format.
